TETRAFIX modular fixtures are 100% versatile to your needs and market leaders when it comes to construction time and accuracy. The fixtures are extremely easy to work with and can be constructed within hours to the highest precision. Rebuild a new fixture the next day or keep the existing for years without losing precision.

TETRAFIX modular fixtures are constructed out of unique tripods, each with 6 degrees of freedom. Each reference point is easily adjustable within a few minutes and fine tuned with the shimless fine adjustment capabilities to the highest precision in all stearing directions. You can now build a reference point from scratch in less than 20 minutes. The versatile tripods also has the same precision and stability over time as our type bound fixture solutions.

It is now possible to build reference points from scratch in minutes and an entire fixture in a few hours. When locked, the points have the same precision and stability over time as our type-bound solutions.

The tripods may be mounted on TETRAFIX's modular plate or on your existing measurement tables or walls.

TETRAFIX fixtures are built out of carbon fibre with negligible thermal expansion. The structures are stable in different temperatures and can be moved around in the measurement room, factory or warehouse and still keeps the same geometry without calibration.

All reference points are built fir TETRAFIX versatile tripods or flexible support and then calibrated with our own patented shimless solutions. The result is a fixture that is possible to set-up fast with very high accuracy.

TETRAFIX modular fixtures are built as light weight structures not affected by their own weight and without any built-in tension affecting the fixtures over time. The result is a very strong and rigid structure that keeps the geometry for many years if desired.

Using carbon fibre also makes our fixtures resistant to temperature changes and can therefore be used in different environments without recalibration.
